<p align="left">If you do want to set up your own routine, and not contact a professional for help, you will want to do your research well.  Don&#8217;t stop at the first free exercise site get on a good forum and get great tips for rotating legs and arms and core exercises into your schedule.  Get even a temporary one day membership at a gym.  Reach out and ask the questions that need to be asked.  It&#8217;s not all chest for any of us.</p>
